- Custom evaluation of property by Katchmark professionally trained inspector
- Written, inspection, compete with current roof condition and longevity report
- Detailed picture analysis
- Estimate and pricing on repairs and different program options
Roof maintenance is necessary to prevent premature roof failure, downtime and inventory damage. Katchmark's preventative maintenance program gives you the reassurance that your building will be safe from premature failing and costly unnecessary repairs. Preventative maintenance programs can extend roof life, help prevent interior damage, and help prevent rotted wood from unnoticed leaks.
- Inspections are scheduled at regular intervals
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspection schedules are available
- 25 point inspection of roof to detect any future problems and fix current ones
- Inspection is based on individual roof type and condition
- Small problems will be fixed immediately
- Before and after pictures of any preventative maintenance will be provided
- Inspection report will be given with detailed pictures of the findings and recommendations from Katchmark
- Emergency repairs/leak repairs not included (treated as priority calls)
